How to hide apps with Microsoft Launcher

To do this, we have to swipe up to see the panel of applications installed on the phone, then click on the three dots at the top right of the screen. Next, select Settings, then we will see the home screen settings section, automatically we will have to search for and select the option to Hide apps on the home screen and apps.
At this point, we will have the possibility to choose through a list all those downloaded applications that we want to prevent from appearing on the home screen and in the application section.
On the other hand, there is an additional option for phones that do not have this function. Only, we will have to download the Microsoft Launcher application, which we can find for free on the Play Store. It is worth mentioning that this app is not available in the App Store. We can also use Nova Launcher, which includes a similar function.

Note that if it’s your first time accessing this section, you’ll have the freedom to add any app you want, but afterwards, you’ll only have access through a access code, typically your phone’s password, PIN, or pattern; in some cases, it can be fingerprint readers or facial recognition.
Finally, select the apps you want to hide. Once you have selected all the apps you want to hide, tap on “Done”. And that’s how easy it is to hide apps on your Android phone. To edit this list, you’ll have to follow the same steps and enter the same access code you selected. Similarly, you can add or remove any app from the list of hidden applications.
